  Would not recommend purchasing the garlic bread. They used to sell fresh garlic bread but now I can only compare it with domino’s garlic bread. It is the same price as before while the product is bitter.

  Was listening to a young customer ask ( the guy serving) what the difference between linguini and fettucini was. " There's no real difference" was his reply. To which the girl laughed. I understand why she laughed, as the response was ludicrous. A little bit of training and product knowledge raises the bar at any place offering food. And I found it embarrassing for the guy serving. I very seldom write reviews, but I'm starting to see a bit more of this in chains where service and knowledge are at a bare minimum.

  Went down today at 11:15 am when it says on google and store door it's open at 11 am but was closed . Went back again 11:45 am and still was closed . Not punctual on time . Also ordered 3 cheese ravioli with pesto sauce not even close to the cockburn pastacup . Very disappointed.

  Ordered take away gnocci from there last night. Was very disapointed as the gnocci they served was not cooked.

  Had a creamy fettucini last night and whilst the taste was okay, I fell violantly ill not long after with food poisoning. Unfortunately wont be returning to pastacup and based on other reviews this is not the first time someone has experienced this.
