  My Partner and I rented from this residential company for the last 6 months. Shambles is how I would phrase the experience. From entering the property up until present after vacating 3 weeks ago we are still facing issues. We moved into the property and upon moving in there hadn't been a full clean conducted , the mattress's were riddled in bed bugs and the property manager didn't seem very urgent in having these removed. We had to vacate the property for two days, in which we were charged for, which was an inconvenience and we had only been in the property numerous days. We started to hit winter and the pilot light was constantly going out. We rang Zora (the property manager) who in a very rude manner asked my partner to do so. This wasn't going to happen as my partner has no experience in gas and wasn't going to start playing around with something he had no knowledge of. I then asked her to send someone out to resolve the matter as this is what we are paying rental for a service and a very poor one at that. Upon vacating they have tried to accuse us of many things, billing us extra cleaning services that they have carried out without our consent for stains on sofas which were there before we moved in . Zora is nothing but rude, unhelpful and undermining. I really hope if you are looking to use this rental firm look as far away from them as possible unless you want an unpleasant experience and have your money taken away from you illegally.
